USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Our light is very simple to use:

• Works best in the morning for most people, the sooner after awakening the better.
• Make sure the ambient light is dim.
• Place your green light approximately 18-30 inches from the eyes, within your field of view.
• You do not need to stare at it.
• You can watch TV, have breakfast, read, work at your computer etc. during the treatment.
• Start with close to one hour of exposure.
• When you feel the beneficial effects, usually after 10-15 days, gradually reduce your daily exposure time.
• Most people can shorten the time to 30-40 minutes a day and still feel the full beneficial effects.

Note: While most people respond best to morning treatment, others respond better to evening light exposure (between 8-9 pm). Some people respond to either morning or evening exposure.
