Pricing

All prices are listed in American dollars. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, some items in our catalog might be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we--at our discretion--will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment you may return any item purchased on this site provided it is still in good condition for a full refund. We will only refund the purchase price of the item and applicable taxes.  We cannot refund shipping charges, customs charges and any other charge you might have incurred.

You must wait for return approval before returning your product. A return request can be placed by logging into your account and requesting a return approval within the relevant order detail page. We will refuse any return for which approval has not been granted and which is not delivered with the our return label clearly in view on the box.

IAmLightTherapy.com will refuse any damaged product returned which, in its sole opinion, has not been appropriately packaged for protection for the return shipping.

We cannot accept the return of items more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at IAmLightTherapy.com.

IAmLightTherapy.com will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping charges to return items to IAmLightTherapy.com are at your expenses.

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at Amazon.ca. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
